Poor Dog

Few days ago, a poor dog roam outside my house , and sometimes lie under our car. It seem like abandon by it's owner. I wish to have a dog but it's seem like sick and dirty, so I avoid to touch the dog. This morning , saw the dog again. I take some water and biscuits to feed the dog. Look so hungry... Wish to keep it as my pet but it has sick and also not suitable for daddy and me, because our nose sensitive. So not suitable to keep this furry dog.
